Yesterday’s RUN: 3 miles (8:57 pace)
Today’s RUN: 4 miles (8:59 pace)
After Saturday’s difficult 8 miles, I decided it’s time to revisit some hills. It’s been tough work, but I can already see/feel a difference after these two runs. I’m hoping to do tomorrow’s 3 miles faster, and more importantly, more EASILY than Tuesday’s run.
Today’s run was really tough. Hoffy was trying to push me through the end, but I just couldn’t go any faster. I had nothing left in me! I guess that can be good or bad! I need to be careful, yet still push myself…hopefully tomorrow goes well!
